We are currently developing,through the Community Council Working Group, a Model Community Council Scheme, GoodPractice Guidance for both local authorities and community councils and a Code ofConduct for Community Councillors.
That company had the highest level of coded welders in Scotland at that time, as the skills that were required to build submarine hulls were so extensive.
There is a very extensive list of in excess of 8,000 charge codes for offences in Scotland, and we went through that and looked at every single offence code.
