Looking ahead to the Scottish Government Health and Sport Draft Budget 2018-19: A call for greater transparency - Timescales for agreement
However, evidence received during our pre-budget scrutiny work suggested there had still been challenges in the timescales for IAs to set their budgets in the second year of operation due to issues regarding alignment of the budget setting process between local authorities and health boards.
