There is a fixed Scottish block allocation that goes up over time, following spending reviews. Adjustments are made between priorities across the Executive.
Those answers were helpful and almost anticipated my follow-on question, which was about how we can make quality judgments on what should be followed up among the plethora of information.
Women loiter on foot; men are usually in cars and will circle round and round. Over the years, I have been followed I do not know how many times. When I was pushing my pram 19 years ago, I was followed by men in cars.
