Until the career framework and skills matrix commission is complete, it is impossible to know where the funding gaps are to provide this. In the short term and to pursue workforce growth, NES has provided a proposal to develop a training programme, based on the physiotherapy funded scheme, and using an existing programme at Queen Margaret University's pre-registration Audiology Masters.
