As members will know, the latest programme for government contains a number of commitments on land reform, including asking the Land Commission to explore a number of options for further radical land reform, and to provide guidance and codes of practice to drive change on the ground.
The newly designed walks in the park are graded and colour coded. For example, the blue route is 0.5 miles in length; the yellow route increases to 0.75 miles; and the red route increases to 1 mile.

To ask the Scottish Executive which appointments made by ministers since May 2007 have been subject to the Commissioner for Public Appointments in Scotland’s code of practice. All Office of the Commissioner for Public Appointments in Scotland (OCPAS) regulated appointments are routinely shown on the Scottish Government website when they commence.

To ask the Scottish Executive whether the report of the short-life working group to develop information on women with no recourse to public funds who have experienced domestic abuse will be included in the code of guidance on homelessness.
