Social Security Scotland publish statistics for total number of carers eligible for Carer’s Allowance Supplement in each financial year by local authority area, as well as the value of payments at each eligibility date by local authority area. The Leases (Automatic Continuation etc.) (Scotland) Bill - Sections 22-25: Cautionary obligations, contracting out, interpretation of Part 2, disapplication of tacit relocation

Section 22 provides that, where there is a cautionary obligation in relation to a lease which continues after its termination date by virtue of section 2(1) or 5(2), the cautionary obligation does not continue after the termination date unless its terms provide otherwise.
