I also congratulate Mike Pringle on managing to wangle into his speech a mention of tax on plastic bags, which is the subject of his proposed member's bill—I did not think that that could be done.It is a pleasure to contribute to the debate, although it is difficult to add anything new because so many of the speeches that have already been made—and, no doubt, those that will follow—reflect the fact that CABx throughout Scotland do a tremendous job for their communities.
