They would therefore only have to pay compensation assessed on the terms set out in the burden itself if that brought about the same result.If the compensation assessed in terms of the burden were to bring out a higher sum, the Lands Tribunal would not at present be able to take account of that in assessing the compensation that is due to a superior. I had a follow-up meeting with the SCVO, and it has given us permission to access its database of community groups and organisations.
