It might be worth asking the Executive to provide somebody to answer questions such as that which Des McNulty has raised. It might be difficult for us to know what the effects of annulment would be.I am not absolutely clear whether the Subordinate Legislation Committee is saying to us that it thinks the instrument should be annulled.
