The purpose of our aviation policy branch is to support Scottish ministers in developing and implementing their policies in relation to aviation and in implementing aviation-related spending plans as agreed by the Scottish Parliament.
The location, nature and cost of renewable energy projects is a matter for the developers of those projects, and subject to the outcome of applications for consent to the relevant local authority or to the Scottish Government.
The Scottish Government is managing this issue with the stakeholders and has in fact been involved in an on-going review of decisions and technical developments since this administration came to office.

To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will consider framing the remit of a national advisory council for infertility and assisted conception services to include holding the Scottish Government to account for making progress in developing such services. We are currently considering options on infertility services in Scotland.
