To ask the Scottish Government how many enquiries (a) it and (b) local authorities have received since March 2020 regarding a lack of provision of free personal care for under-65s.
When are we going to get the details of how people can apply? People say that the weather in March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb but, this year, I am worried that it will be in like a lamb and out like a lion.
The first progress report, which set out action that was taken between November 2023 and March 2025, was published at the end of March, and showed that progress has been made against all 20 actions within the plan.
