We actually get support from the people who live in housing. A development of 1,300 houses was planned for the fields around the site and the Travellers in the caravan site and the people in the small village of Ruthvenfield got together to object.
The system was not designed in that way, but it has developed in that way. In the final paragraph of your submission, you say:“The Bill is, I think, tolerable as an interim means of addressing the difficulty identified in Petch and Foye.”What do you mean by the word “tolerable”?
