I cannot put my finger on the point at the moment, but I know that one of Margaret Mitchell's subsequent amendments would delete the power of the court to excuse irregularities. However, amendment 115 appears, de facto, to excuse procedural irregularities in relation to what she proposes.

If the Parliament really cares about patients, those proposals cannot be consigned to some no-go ideological cul-de-sac.
