In particular, we could request: confirmation of the start and completion dates for development of the eastern link road; clarification of the Executive's position on the construction of a second or alternative crossing to the Kincardine bridge, together with an update of any recent developments in the area and anticipated start and completion dates; details of any recent developments regarding the proposed reopening of the Stirling-Alloa-Dunfermline railway line for freight and passenger services, together with an indication of the time scale for such action; and an indication of whether the Executive plans to publish details of traffic management schemes during the commissioning and construction phase of the eastern road link, the alternative or supplementary crossing to the Kincardine bridge and the reopening of the Stirling-Alloa-Dunfermline railway line.
