At this time, all other aspects of the previous arrangements were reviewed and scrutinised by both MOD and SEPA to ensure greater clarity and that the arrangements that were fit for purpose. The new MOU was agreed in 2022 and is reviewed at annual meetings between SEPA and Defence Nuclear Safety Regulator (DNSR).
