To ask the Scottish Executive who is responsible for investment decisions in relation to the pension funds of Scottish civil servants. Matters relating to the Civil Service pension arrangements are reserved and responsibility for decisions on the administration of the scheme lie with Cabinet Office.
We are not directly engaged with the Scottish Renaissance Town initiative, but Architecture and Design Scotland, a non-departmental public body funded by the Scottish Government, is a partner in the initiative.

To ask the Scottish Executive how Creative Scotland will fulfil each of the functions of the culture fund. The key priorities of Creative Scotland will be supporting artists and creative practitioners, increasing access and participation and promoting appreciation and enjoyment of the arts and culture in all their manifestations.
