Annual Report of the Health and Sport Committee for 2020-21 - Liability for NHS Charges (Treatment of Industrial Disease) (Scotland) Bill

The Bill seeks to amend the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003 to include industrial diseases within its scope. Following the introduction of the Bill, we ran a call for views from 12 August 2020 to 30 September 2020.
