You have to remember a very important point about A to Z and Z to A lists. If I were a candidate for a party that nominated three candidates for my ward, one of whose name began with A, the other began with Z and my name begins, as it does, with G, and the Government was determined to use A to Z and Z to A ballot papers, I think that I would have had a strong case for judicial review.
