The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2020, SSI 2020/129 was made by the Scottish Ministers under sections 30, 31 and 275 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 and all other powers enabling them to do so today, 23 April 2020.
