Research that was done in 2006 by Queen Mary, University of London suggests that, although enforceability is clearly the most important factor that leads parties to arbitrate rather than litigate, the second most important factor is confidentiality, which is way up there.

It provides an occupational health and safety advisory service via a website and telephone line for all employers and employees, and health and safety advisers provide free site visits to small and medium-sized enterprises.
