How bad does it have to be before the SNP says no? The specification is in the code of conduct. Let me read it again, so that even Tavish Scott understands it fully:"Every constituent is represented by one constituency MSP and … regional MSPs … It is expected that each member will take on a case when approached".The exceptions that are recognised in the code apply to specific things such as conflict of political beliefs or other constituents' interests.
