Energy Action Scotland cost of living disabled people and unpaid carers

Millions of households in the UK are in energy debt already. Energy Action Scotland estimates of the impact of financial support, including changes to benefits provided by Social Security Scotland, and the introduction/maintenance of the Energy Price Guarantee means that the estimates for 1 April remain broadly true albeit potentially higher as a result of the removal of the £400 energy bills support scheme payment to all.
