Domestic Abuse (Protection) (Scotland) Bill - The notice period the landlord must give the tenant
The Government has advised that that, for both sole and joint tenants, the landlord will have to give 28 days’ notice to the perpetrator of abuse before using the new ground contained in section 18.1Scottish Government. (2020, December 7). Email to SPICe [unpublished].
