To ask the Scottish Executive how it plans to encourage small businesses that are not online to make use of the Scottish Energy and Resource Efficiency Service.
However, with many libraries closing or restricting hours in recent years, and given the mental health of claimants, applying online is an extremely difficult barrier to overcome.
Alongside that, there is the informal, unregistered short-term letting sector in the east neuk, which uses online platforms and could be bigger than the registered sector.
