Perhaps that is not surprising. It was terrifying to hear Mary Mulligan say that she is more cynical than David McLetchie—a fact with which I was not familiar—but it was even more terrifying to hear her quote a Liberal Democrat councillor in Edinburgh saying, "We know what to do".
