In March 2021, the Chief Medical Officer outlined the codes that should be used to record the long-term effects of COVID-19.
Landowning is a privilege, so people should operate within certain codes of practice. If they operate within those codes of practice in the interests of the public and the community, and take the land use strategy into account, there is no problem.
I received an indication from the NHS in Dundee that, although it had set up a programme it did not have the appropriate codes—the NHS has a system of codes for different things.
