The pupil premium scheme is being funded by reallocating existing funding provided through the CSR settlement and as such any consequentials arising from the scheme were included in the Scottish settlement.

There will be no formal allocations from the Affordable Housing Investment Programme at local authority level next year, but we aim to allocate funds for the Innovation and Investment Fund in August 2011.
