Neurodevelopmental Pathways and Waiting Times in Scotland - ADHD medication and shared care agreements
This has resulted in calls for clearer national policy on shared care agreements, and Scottish Government is working with the Royal College of General Practitioners to develop this.
NAIT has already published guidance on this matter, as have some health boards (such as NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde and NHS Lothian).

Net Zero, Energy and Transport Committee report on the Deposit and Return Scheme for Scotland Amendment Regulations 2025 and the Deposit and Return Scheme for Scotland (Designation of Scheme Administrator) Order 2025 - Introduction
The Scottish Government, UK Government and the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs for Northern Ireland (DAERA), have agreed to proceed with DRS on a three-nation basis, with the UK Government setting up the scheme for England. (Wales is continuing to develop a separate scheme that will include glass).

Follow-up inquiry into salmon farming in Scotland - Background
The REC Committee noted the evidence relating to the different thresholds for reporting and intervention purposes and agreed that the Farmed Fish Health Framework workstream provided an opportunity to remove confusion around this issue and develop proposals that are appropriate to both industry and regulators.
