Given that, at some point, the role of our regulator will be developed and that there is no pressure on legislative time—I understand what you said about the efficient use of parliamentary time, but I am sure that everyone will agree that we are awash with it at the moment—would another option be to consider developing the role of the housing regulator and to consult on a new regulatory role in Scotland and how it will relate to what is going to happen in England?
