Carer's Allowance Supplement (Scotland) Bill: Stage 1
This additional financial support would cover the period from 1 October 2021 to 31 March 2022.
Section 81 of the Social Security (Scotland) Act 2018 enables the Scottish Ministers to make payment of a carer’s allowance supplement by reference to a formula which is set out in section 81(4) of that Act.

Short term Lets Licensing Order Stakeholder Engagement - 19 August 2021
That is to say, licensing authorities will have until 1 October 2022 to establish a licensing scheme; existing hosts and operators must have applied for a licence by 1 April 2023 in order to keep operating; and all short-term lets must be licensed by 1 April 2024.
