In the early years, because the Government has gone beyond what the UK committee suggested and has done extra work and made extra commitments, we think that you should probably say yes to the annual targets statutory instrument.
The second option is to take any other action that the committee considers appropriate.I think that it would make sense to continue the petition until we have seen some action on it. We obviously want to go the extra mile for both petitioners at this point.
I think that planning authorities would take account of all the matters about which you are concerned. I ask again: what extra value is given by a full pre-application consultation for a change in only part of the application?
