Following consideration of the consultation report I have decided to introduce a scheme on the lines set out in the consultation paper and the threshold of the scheme for year one is to be set at £180.A report compiled following completion of the consultation process has today been placed in the Parliament's Reference Centre and will shortly be available on the Scottish Executive web site.
