Part 3: Children's Rights Scheme, child rights and wellbeing impact assessments and reporting duties
Part 3 of the Bill contains provisions to promote transparency in relation to public authorities' duties to be compatible with the UNCRC requirements (as set out in Section 6 of the Bill).
The Criminal Justice Committee's Stage 1 Report noted that, under the provisions of the Bill as introduced, the circumstances in which a review might be held would not be limited to those where there had been domestic abuse as defined in the Domestic Abuse (Scotland) Act 2018.

The Bill proposes a number of changes to electoral practice and administration in Scotland, which all fall within the general theme of electoral reform.
