Could you tell us more about the cost pressures that you expect to face in that regard? Have you discussed extra funding for that with the Scottish Government?
How do we bake something really simple into the process? Do we just need an extra line in profit and loss statements on the intensity of energy consumption?
Kinship carers want to be able to go to somebody and ask, “How do I get extra support at school? My young person is struggling and they are having difficulties, and I do not understand what that is about.”
Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe that the Barnett formula reduces the needs-based element when extra funding comes up, but Wales has managed to counter that with the mechanism of having an extra 5 per cent.
