The important point is that we carry forward the measures in the bill, which will be widely welcomed by members from all parties. I am delighted to report, following a question in the chamber a week or two ago, that one of the measures that the bill includes will replace the hydro benefit subsidy, which is about to be withdrawn, with a new subsidy.
