How, for example, would a voter with a visual impairment prepare themselves to vote with no knowledge as to the order in which candidates may or may not appear on a ballot paper?
We would say to the petitioners that these issues are still live and may very well sensibly be pursued with fresh petitions at the start of the next session of Parliament.
