Hairdressing Training (Funding) (PE1045) PE1045, from Tom Miller, on behalf of the Indigo Group, calls on the Parliament to consider and debate concerns that have been raised about employers and work-based training providers in the hairdressing industry following a change in policy by Scottish Enterprise that has led to a severe reduction in the number of young people who are funded for hairdressing training in Scotland.
