The provisions were received positively, with COSLA stating they "strongly support all the provisions in the Bill that relate to domestic abuse".viThe Social Justice and Social Security Committee.
We then held 11 interviews with commissions and commissioners who protect the rights of vulnerable groups. Five of the commissioners were in Scotland and two were outwith Scotland.
