To ask the Scottish Government on what dates in 2020 and 2021 the Mobilisation Recovery Group has met, and by what date the (a) minutes of and (b) names of attendees at each meeting will be published.
Because the banks are pulling in their horns a bit, because they are worried about Brexit and about recession, a growing number of people in the market cannot get money from the banks, so they are looking for refinance on their assets.
There has been agreement at parliamentary level that the Scottish Government’s 2020-21 budget will not now be published before the Christmas recess, which creates some real issues.
