That information and the committee's point of view must be conveyed clearly to the Executive so that action can follow. That is the top priority.The committee needs to discuss the speediest way of achieving that aim.
The reports will be published in the fullness of time with our reports. We are following the practice that we have followed in the past; there is nothing secretive about it.

If even some of Kerley's recommendations were implemented, would there not have to be a continuing review following the completion in March of the panel's review?
