Letter from Mr McIntosh

It seems strange to me that when Ci�zen Advice Scotland want this period reduced and made a very compelling argument for reducing it, they wouldn’t want provisions included in this Bill to reduce it and instead are happy to wait and see if Ministers may at some point in the future, agree to reduce the period and bring forward secondary legisla�on.
