To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will list, by Health Board area, the Scottish Hospitals with in-patient paediatric services, and indicate how many of these services are currently subject to review.

It is a large bill. It deals with, for example, many court-related issues. A larger than usual number of subordinate legislation-making powers was introduced at stage 2, but we do not think that those changes are unusual.
