The committee that deals with that bill should investigate the animal welfare aspects of PE604 and give them serious consideration.

If other areas have shorter waiting lists, perhaps they can provide Lothian with a solution. I may have misunderstood the situation completely, but my understanding is that as other health board areas do not have their own sleep apnoea services, they send people to Lothian and Glasgow.
