Letter from Cabinet Secretary for Net Zero and Energy regarding 2023 Scottish Greenhouse Gas Statist

This sector showed dramatic reduction in emissions associated with the COVID-19 lockdown in 2020 (-2.4 MtCO e) but rebounded in 2021 by 0.9 MtCO e, and 2 2 increased again in 2022 by 0.3 MtCO e.
