The report shows that Scottish Enterprise faced approximately 98 per cent of the estimated £4.5 million-worth of claims that may have been irregular. Exhibit 11 in the report indicates that suspected irregular claims made up 25 per cent of the total claims received by Scottish Enterprise, but only 6 per cent of the total claims received by HIE.
