My final point has a couple of strands to do with local authorities. As you may know, we had a session last week at which a local authority and the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities were represented.
We group the authorities together and consider how we can use information in one category, such as footways. It may be that one or two authorities will have detailed information on footways, so we can use that as a proxy and extrapolate it for the authorities that do not have such detailed information.
