Stage 1 report on the Scottish Parliament (Recall and Removal of Members) Bill - Removal for offending

Removal for offending Section 25 of the Bill provides for the automatic removal of an MSP from office if they receive a criminal sentence of imprisonment or detention of six months to one year and they are both convicted and sentenced after their election as an MSP.
