Delegated powers in the Assisted Dying for Terminally Ill Adults (Scotland) Bill (as amended at Stage 2)

The Committee was content with all of the delegated powers in the Bill, subject to recommending adjustments to the consultation requirements in sections 4(5)(a) and 6(6)(a), and the addition of a consultation requirement to section 15(8).
