It is not legal jargon to you, but it is to me—I am not a lawyer. We may explain that if a judge is acting judicially such behaviour is okay and that if he is not it is not okay, but a lay person would need to find out whether the judge was acting properly and whether they could get legal aid to take forward a case involving character assassination.
