The draft Plan discusses working with the private sector on decarbonisation saying that public sector funds will be used to "unlock, rather than replace" private sector investment. It highlights the role of the Scottish National Investment Bank, the ScotWind offshore wind leasing round, and work to encourage investment into EV public charge points.iDraft Climate Change Plan, pg 11
